What to include in the Privacy Policy

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by Q&O Collective ("we", "our", "us") including online courses, face-to-face courses, workshops, programs, events and networking events ("Services").

By booking, registering for, purchasing, attending, or participating in any Q&O Collective Services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services

Q&O Collective provides:

  • Online courses and digital programs

  • Face-to-face courses and workshops

  • Networking events

  • Community events

  • Educational programs

  • Business and professional development services

Services may be delivered directly by Q&O Collective and/or by individual joint venture partners operating under the Q&O Collective brand.

 

2. Bookings and Registration

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Registration may be required for participation.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion.

 

3. Payment

  • Fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment methods may include online payments, invoices, or third-party payment platforms.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds policy:

All payments are final.

Q&O Collective does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Non-attendance

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal circumstances

  • Failure to participate

  • Inability to attend

This applies to:

  • Online courses

  • Face-to-face courses

  • Workshops

  • Networking events

  • Programs

  • Digital services

If Q&O Collective cancels an event or service, a credit or reschedule option may be offered at our discretion. Refunds will only be provided where required by law.

5. Transfers

Registrations may be transferred to another person with prior written approval.

6. Participation and Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Behave respectfully

  • Follow reasonable instructions

  • Not disrupt sessions or events

  • Not engage in unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these standards without refund.

 

7. Health and Safety

For face-to-face events:

  • You participate at your own risk.

  • You are responsible for your own health, safety and wellbeing.

  • You must disclose any relevant medical or accessibility requirements prior to attendance.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the Services remains the intellectual property of Q&O Collective and/or its partners.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Record

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Share

any materials without prior written consent.

9. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or recordings at events for marketing and promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

 

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Q&O Collective is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from participation in Services.

  • Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee business outcomes, financial results, or personal outcomes.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

 

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Q&O Collective Privacy Policy.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

 

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be available on our website.
